Our Process
Review Our Approach
If you have not already done so, please be sure to read our approach in full to make sure that your company is a good fit for our Fund.
Timeline
We hold pitch forums at least 6 times per year. We know that planning is important to founders raising funding and we endeavor to complete the decision process as soon as possible. Our process consists of 5 phases:
Phase 1: We review pitch submissions and schedule deep dive meetings. This occurs on a rolling, ongoing basis.
Phase 2: At least 4 companies are selected to pitch at each meeting. You will be notified at least 2 weeks in advance if you have been selected.
Phase 3: Once the meeting occurs, companies moving to diligence are notified within 48 hours.
Phase 4: Diligence begins immediately. We expect entrepreneurs to be fully available during diligence to complete it as quickly as possible. At any point during diligence, a decision can be made as to whether or not we will invest.
Phase 5: If we decide to make an investment, documents are signed.
We will share a list of general diligence questions at Phase 2 so you can get ahead on preparation if you so choose. Additional questions will be provided after the pitch forum if you are selected to move forward. We do diligence as quickly as possible for the benefit of the entrepreneur. We aim to complete diligence within 2 weeks .

Answer Some Questions
Our application starts with questions that will help us get to know your company better and further ensure that your company falls within our approach. These include your funding stage, round size, industry sector, company location, and areas where we can be of help. It should only take about 5 minutes to complete.

Upload Your Deck
After you answer several questions, you will be prompted to upload your pitch deck as a PDF. If you have demo videos or other links you want us to view, they should be included as links or otherwise in your pitch deck. We expect your pitch deck to be well-polished and at a minimum, include slides on the following: Problem, Market, Solution, Business Model, Traction (if product has been deployed), Team, Financial Projections (overview is okay), and Funding. If you do not have at least these slides in your deck, the chances of being asked to pitch us will be significantly reduced.
