    Pitch Forum - 10 Minutes

    You pitch in front of our limited partners. We add this step to build collective enthusiasm and conviction.

  5. 05

    Diligence - 3 weeks (or less)

    We request information you likely already have. We speak with your users, team, and our experts. We make a decision and, if leading, negotiate terms.

  6. 06

    After the Check

    Introductions to our community of investors, operators, partners, and people with lived experience. Scheduled check-ins and support when you need it.

What We Look For

The four most important things.

We write pre-seed and seed checks and are comfortable being the first institutional commitment.

  • Founders with real proximity to the problem

    Often lived experience or deep research pedigree.

  • Products that have universal appeal

    But just so happen to start with the disability community.

  • You have at least an MVP

    Early user traction or testing is ideal.

  • Venture-scale revenue path

    $1M+ ARR by Seed. $3M+ ARR by Series A. Capital efficient fundraising plans.

What We Don't Fund

Saying itout loud.

Founder-investor fit is important to us. If these describe you, we are the wrong fund.

  • Concepts and unfinished MVPs that are not ready for early testers.
  • Charity dressed as a startup - free products or open sourcing a majority of your solution
  • Products where "disability" is an afterthought
  • Therapeutics or pharmaceuticals
  • Relying on lived experience or emotion without extensive market validation.
